Client Representative Insurance
THE OUTSOURCE GROUP, a rapidly growing, national corporation, is expanding its Birmingham, Alabama office. We are currently seeking Birmingham's finest Client Representative Professionals to join our expanding organization.
These key positions are responsible for obtaining claim status on insurance claims to resolve all outstanding balances. Analyze each patient account for accuracy in billing/follow-up/payment. Complete and log all outgoing calls to insurance companies to obtain claim status. Correctly complete any necessary correspondence to facilitate account resolution. This position is also responsible for all aspects of patient account maintenance and reconciliation from initial placement to final resolution.
