Collector - Corona

THE OUTSOURCE GROUP, a rapidly growing Receivables Management company is experiencing continued growth and is expanding its Corona, CA office and currently seeks to add to its team of COLLECTORS.

This highly visible position is responsible for working with debtors in resolving outstanding issues and securing payment arrangements on monies owed.

Other responsibilities include processing payment information via the telephone, resolving disputes and maintaining accurate records within our collections system.

We currently seek self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with previous experience in consumer collections and a full understanding of FDCPA and FCRA guidelines.

A working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and familiarity with a dialer environment is a plus.
