Medical Billing Team Supervisor – Wakefield

If you are motivated and have a strong background in workers compensation and/or motor vehicle accident claims, we would like to put you on the fast track to a Supervisory position. Candidates should be familiar with medical billing, have strong communication and analytical skills, excellent follow-through skills, and must have experience managing and training employees. Prior medical billing, personal injury law, collections, or insurance claims experience required.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Excellent leadership, organizational, people and time management skills. A proven working knowledge of worker’s compensation and motor vehicle claims processing. Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively. The ability to motivate others and properly train and mentor staff.
