On Call Patient Access – Atlanta, Southwest

On Call Patient Access needed for all shifts. This position will fill in as needed to collect information from incoming patients, check insurance or financial status; verify insurance; may assist in completion of admissions or insurance forms. A high school diploma and at least 2 years experience working with patient access or registration information required. Relies on experience and judgment to properly process patient registration and account activities. Able to work independently and rely upon instructions and pre-established guidelines to properly perform the functions of the job. Differential will be added to the hourly wage for evening and night shifts.
