This highly visible position is responsible for all collections activities within the Corona call center. Working closely with the head of Operations, the Director determines production goals, establishes adequate staffing levels and continually assesses the quality and quantity of collection performance for our top clients. In addition, the Director is expected to effectively use the collections' systems to measure, analyze, forecast and achieve optimum performance, as well as to resolve issues. The Director is responsible for ensuring trained staff are in place at all times to effectively and efficiently handle current and anticipated production goals for a rapidly growing organization.
The Director of Operations requires a seasoned leader with at least 7 to 10 years collections experience, some healthcare collections, with at least 5 years previous first-line management and 2 years second-line leadership. Experience working with a collections systems and dialer a must!
