Client Liaison - Wakefield MA

The internal Client Liaison position will serve an important role in reconciling current inventory with a given client system. The individual is expected to work with the information technology department and work on multiple client reconciliations at any given time.

We seek individuals with at least 1 year of experience working in a hospital or physician billing office plus a working knowledge of medical and insurance terminology such as CPT, ICD-9, HCPCS, co-pay, deductible or coinsurance. Must have experience with Excel spreadsheets including detailed sorting and formulas. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills plus an ability to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
