Client Services Representative - Houma, LA

The Client Representative Insurance will obtain claim status on insurance claims to resolve all outstanding balances. Analyze each patient account for accuracy in billing/follow-up/payment. Complete and log all outgoing calls to insurance companies to obtain claim status. Correctly complete any necessary correspondence to facilitate account resolution. This position is also responsible for all aspects of patient account maintenance and reconciliation from initial placement to final resolution.
