The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving incoming phone calls and correspondence from guarantor's of patient accounts and working with the guarantor to resolve all questions and complaints involving the billing or collection of patient accounts. Responsibilities include receiving and logging all incoming call from patient guarantors, resolving patient questions and complaints, referring all unresolved questions and complaints to the director and maintaing a log of all patient complaints and complaint resolutions.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, general typing, computer skills and a strong attnetion to detail with demonstration of strong interpersonal skills.
