Michael A. DiMarco (Mdimarco@theoutsourcegroup.com)
Chief Executive Officer
Michael DiMarco began his career in operations management and moved into more strategic roles related to partnerships, acquisition, new products and international market development. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, he was Division President for Outsourcing Solutions Inc. based in St. Louis, MO. OSI is a $500mm BPO firm specializing in AR management for major credit grantors across multiple industries. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey; a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University and is a Doctoral candidate in Management at Webster University.

Mark Rowland (Mrowland@theoutsourcegroup.com)
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Rowland has over 22 years of finance experience, which includes extensive experience in operational and financial management with key competencies in strategic planning, acquisitions and business integration leadership. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Mark was the CFO of Spectrum Brands Home & Garden business, a $700MM consumer products company where he was employed for over 8 years. Mark holds a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a CPA

Senior Vice President, Sales
Don brings in excess of 16 years experience providing revenue cycle solutions to the Healthcare Industry. In his current position, Don oversees all sales responsibilities for the company. He has held senior sales management positions with large national healthcare revenue cycle solutions providers, a major credit bureau, and a national decisioning/credit scoring company.

SVP, Operations – Self Pay
Don has been with The Outsource Group for thirteen years and is responsible for all collection operations. His primary role is to develop and implement collection tactics utilizing analytics and technology to provide optimal collection results for our clients. The use of the latest collection technology gives the staff the tools to perform at optimum levels. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Don was with Mutual of Omaha as an insurance sales representative. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri where he also played four years as defensive and offensive lineman with the Mizzou Tigers.

SVP, Operations – TPL
Lou has over 30 years experience in business development, sales, market and operations with industry leaders such as AT&T, The NCO Group, Comdata, and Milliken & Michaels.  Most recently, Lou was co-owner of Specialized Receivables a state of the art receivables management company that specializes in accident claims processing, both auto and work related.  Prior to Specialized, Lou was Chief Operating Officer for NCO Group, an $850 million publicly held company where he held P & L responsibility for a staff of over 8,000 and $825 million in revenue.  Lou holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

SVP, Operations – Insurance Follow Up
Tom has provided results oriented revenue cycle solutions within the healthcare industry for over 26 years. The scope of his services includes all aspects of the patient revenue cycle from scheduling through final account resolution. Tom has provided consulting, interim management and extended business office services to hundreds of hospitals and managed the collection and resolution of well over $1 billion in insurance receivables. Tom was co-founder and majority owner of Productivity Network Innovations-Healthcare, LLC. Tom has a degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University and is a member of the Illinois Chapter of the HFMA.

SVP, Product Management and Development
Jeff has more than 25 years of diversified experience in healthcare automation systems. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Jeff was VP of AMC Healthcare Solutions, a division of WebMD Practice Services and EDI Product Manager for WebMD Practice Services. He was responsible for overseeing all product and services development for all EDI products in WebMD Practice Services. Jeff's Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas, combined with his experience in cost accounting systems, provides a comprehensive foundation for automation of systems in a business environment

Lisa Phillips (Lphillips@theoutsourcegroup.com)
VP, Human Resources
Lisa has over 23 years of Human Resources experience which includes previous industry experience. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Lisa was VP of Human Resources for Ventus Capital Services, a receivables management company and was responsible for building and leading the Human Resources, Payroll and Training functions. Lisa launched and managed a successful Human Resources consulting practice for over 15 years prior to joining Ventus. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, as well as numerous certifications within the field.

Glenn Hillam (Ghillam@theoutsourcegroup.com)
CIO
Glenn has over 22 years of professional IT experience including launching a successful consulting business that specialized in the design and architect of business intelligent solutions.  Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Glenn consulted for Specialized Receivables, and nationally recognized companies such as Federated Department Stores and Suburban Energy creating state of the art business intelligence systems.  Before launching his consulting practice, Glenn worked as General Manager/Director for leading technology companies such as WordPerfect, Novell and Crystal Decisions.  Glenn holds numerous certifications within the IT field.

Mike Reilly (Mreilly@theoutsourcegroup.com)
SVP, Acquisitions
Mike has been in the credit and collection industry for more than 30 years, and has been active in industry-related organizations throughout his career. He founded Midwest Collection Service, Inc. in 1982 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2006. He was President of the International Credit Association (ICA) in 1989, and was recognized as ICA Credit Executive of the Year in 1990. Other industry affiliations include ACA National Director for three years, the International Fellowship of Certified Collectors, the Board of Directors of the Missouri Collectors Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA, and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM).

Company History

The Outsource Group was founded as a healthcare receivables management company in 1977.

In 2005, the company expanded licenses nationally and continued its growth strategy through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.  The acquisition strategy is centered around expanding our service offerings to the healthcare industry, and our geographic coverage nationally.  Acquisitions to date include, MCS Receivables Management in February 2006, QCS in May 2006, Specialized Receivables in June 2007, Genesis Consultants, Inc. in October 2007, and Productivity Network Innovations Healthcare (PNIH) in December 2007.
