Chief Executive Officer
Michael DiMarco began his career in operations management and moved into more strategic roles
related to partnerships, acquisition, new products and international market development. Prior to joining
The Outsource Group, he was Division President for Outsourcing Solutions Inc., based in St. Louis,
Missouri. OSI is a $500 million BPO firm specializing in AR management for major credit grantors across
multiple industries. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Ramapo College
of New Jersey, a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University, and is a doctoral candidate in
management at Webster University.

Division President, Self Pay
After 27 years in a variety of operating roles, including Chief Operating Officer at TOG, Tim Whalen was named Division President for Self Pay in 2009. In this role, Tim assures TOG has the technology, processes and customer service to effectively enhance the revenue streams of clients from coast to coast. Tim holds a bachelor's degree in economics, an MBA in finance from Western Michigan University, and a master's degree in management information systems from the University of Dallas. Prior to TOG, Tim was Chief Operations Officer of H&R, a healthcare ARM firm based in Iowa. He also held senior management positions with Texas Instruments, Paging Network Inc. and Outsourcing Solutions Inc.

Division President, Insurance and Business Office Outsourcing
Cheri Kane has more than 25 years of experience in revenue cycle management for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations,
including hospitals as well as insurers, UnitedHealthcare and Humana. She joins The Outsource Group from Summit Seacoast Healthcare Group, LLC,
where she was a partner and project lead for national hospital clients, performing revenue cycle improvement to increase hospital cash flow.
Cheri holds a bachelor’s degree in management with an emphasis in business administration from Webster University, St. Louis, and a master's degree
in science with an emphasis in healthcare administration from Central Michigan University. She is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial
Managers Association (FHFMA) and a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE).
Donny Zamora (Dzamora@togarm.com)
Division President, Medicaid Eligibility
Donny Zamora is a healthcare management and economics professional with extensive experience in resource recovery programs. He specializes in strategic planning, productivity improvement, business planning, and market research/analysis, and he's worked with uninsured populations, medical providers, healthcare specialists, insurance companies and government agencies for 18 years. Donny joins The Outsource Group from Medstandard, Inc., and National Reimbursement Group, Inc., where he was a shareholder and president of both corporations. At TOG, Donny's focus is helping healthcare providers find opportunities for financial growth in an increasingly underinsured market. Donny earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Texas A&M University.

Chief Financial Officer
Mark Rowland has over 22 years of finance experience, including operational and financial management with
key competencies in strategic planning, acquisitions and business integration leadership. Prior to joining The
Outsource Group, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer of Spectrum Brands Home & Garden business, a
$700 million consumer products company, where he was employed for over eight years. Mark holds a Bachelor
of Arts in accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a CPA.

Senior Vice President, Sales
Don brings in excess of 16 years’ experience providing revenue cycle solutions to the healthcare industry.
In his current position, Don oversees all sales responsibilities for the Company. He has held senior sales
management positions with large national healthcare revenue cycle solutions providers, a major credit bureau,
and a national decisioning/credit scoring company.

Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Lisa has over 23 years of human resources experience that includes previous industry experience. Prior to
joining The Outsource Group, Lisa was Vice President of Human Resources for Ventus Capital Services, a
receivables management company, and was responsible for building and leading the human resources,
payroll and training functions. Lisa launched and managed a successful human resources consulting practice
for over 15 years prior to joining Ventus. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the
University of Missouri, as well as numerous certifications within the field.
Mike Aufdembrink (Maufdembrink@togarm.com)
Chief Information Officer
Mike Aufdembrink has more than 22 years of experience helping organizations strategically utilize information technology to drive sustained operational excellence. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Mike served as Vice President of IT at Sara Lee Corporation and provided consulting services for major organizations during his time at Accenture. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in science from Missouri University of Science and Technology, as well as master's degrees in business administration and information systems from the University of Missouri.

Hardy has over 30 years of experience in revenue cycle management. Prior to cofounding Productivity
Network Innovations Healthcare, LLC, Hardy began his career in hospital business office operations, then
held senior corporate management positions directing the receivable operations of acute and
psychiatric/chemical dependency multi-hospital corporations. In his position today, Hardy’s revenue cycle
consulting services include performing operational reviews, drafting management contracts and outsourcing
proposals, and visiting existing clients on site.
John Christie (Jchristie@togarm.com)
John has been a leader in healthcare collections for 35 years. He started his career at Hayt, Hayt and
Landau, a collection law firm, and was Chief Executive Officer of NDC’s New York/New Jersey full-service
agency. He also led the Greater New York Hospital Association’s collection arm to record growth over a
9-year period. John’s philosophy has always been to provide personalized high-quality services to his
clients. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, John was a cofounder of Genesis Consultants of New
York Inc. He is a graduate of C.W. Post College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration
and is a member of the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management
Association (HFMA).
Gary Israel (Gisrael@togarm.com)
Gary has spent his 41-year healthcare career in hospital patient accounting and healthcare consulting.
He organized one of the first central billing offices at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital and created the first internal
Medicaid Application Unit at Catholic Medical Center. At Episcopal Health Services, he centralized the billing
office for three hospitals and two nursing homes and helped stave off a financial crisis by expediting the
organization’s cash flow. Gary was a cofounder of Genesis Consultants of New York Inc. and is a member
of the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Ross Kaufman (Rkaufman@togarm.com)
Ross has been active in the healthcare finance and accounts receivable industry for 38 years, with
experience in accounting, internal auditing, patient accounting and healthcare consulting. He spent
time at major multi-hospital facilities in the New York metropolitan area as part of patient accounting
teams, which innovated and brought various disciplines together as the business became more
complex and challenging. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Ross was a cofounder of Genesis
Consultants of New York Inc. In his position today, Ross works closely with Gary Israel and John Christie
to maintain strong client relationships in the metro New York market. Together, their multifaceted
responsibilities include cross-selling self-pay and TPL service lines to The Outsource Group’s client base,
monitoring client revenue and referral activity, and communicating information regarding future company
endeavors to clients and employees. Ross earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State
University of New York at Albany and is a member of the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the
Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Steve Lappin (Slappin@togarm.com)
Steve Lappin has over 35 years’ experience in the credit and collection industry. He founded Quantum
Credit Services (QCS) in 1993 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2006. Prior to
QCS, he was Vice President of CSC Credit Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation,
where he had P & L responsibility for the collection services division, including 33 offices throughout the
United States. Today, Steve provides our clients with various training programs to communicate with
patients regarding payment at the point of service. He has previously served as a National Director for
ACA International and is currently a board member and President of the ACA of Texas. Steve holds a
bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas.

Ken has been in the credit and collection industry for more than 32 years. Prior to joining The Outsource
Group, Ken served in several senior management positions for J. J. Mac Intyre Co., Inc. He brings experience
and knowledge from various disciplines, including business development, sales, marketing and operations.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Rochester.

Pete has provided sales services and solutions within the healthcare industry for over 30 years. Prior to
joining The Outsource Group, Pete consulted with Productivity Network Innovations Healthcare, LLC and
later became a partner, where he led the company’s sales efforts and rewrote the mission statement.
Pete earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Georgia.
Lou Molettiere (Lmolettiere@togarm.com)
Lou has over 30 years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing and operations with industry
leaders such as AT&T, The NCO Group, Comdata, and Milliken & Michaels. Most recently, Lou was co-owner
of Specialized Receivables Inc., a state-of-the-art receivables management company that specialized in
accident claims processing, both auto- and work-related. Prior to Specialized, Lou was Chief Operating
Officer for NCO Group, an $850 million publicly held company, where he held P & L responsibility for a
staff of over 8,000 and $825 million in revenue. Lou holds a bachelor’s degree in operations research
and a master’s in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Mike Reilly (Mreilly@togarm.com)
Mike has been in the credit and collection industry for more than 30 years, and has been active in
industry-related organizations throughout his career. He founded Midwest Collection Service, Inc. in
1982 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2006. He was President of the International
Credit Association (ICA) in 1989, and was recognized as ICA Credit Executive of the Year in 1990. Other
industry affiliations include ACA National Director for three years, the International Fellowship of Certified
Collectors, the Board of Directors of the Missouri Collectors Association, Healthcare Financial
Management Association (HFMA), and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative
Management (AAHAM).
Sam Rotondi (Srotondi@togarm.com)
Sam has been in the credit and collection industry for more than 30 years, and has been active in
industry-related movements throughout his career. Sam was the Director of Legislation for the Massachusetts
Bar Association, where he was responsible for the association’s priority legislation, including Court Reform,
the creation of the Judicial Complaints Commission, and Medical Malpractice Reform. Prior to founding Samuel
Rotondi, Esquire, P.C. in 1982, he served as a Massachusetts State Senator, where he specialized in
Workers’ Compensation and Motor Vehicle Reform Acts, Consumer Protection Laws (i.e. The Lemon Law
and MGLA c 93A), and was co-author of The Bill of Rights of the Victims of Violent Crimes. In his current
position, he is responsible for maintaining The Outsource Group’s TPL client base and introducing additional
lines of business to these clients. Sam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, then
graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Outsource Group was founded as a healthcare receivables management company in 1977.
In 2005, the company expanded licenses nationally and continued its growth strategy through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The acquisition strategy is centered around expanding our service offerings to the healthcare industry, and our geographic coverage nationally. Acquisitions to date include, MCS Receivables Management in February 2006, QCS in May 2006, Specialized Receivables in June 2007, Genesis Consultants, Inc. in October 2007, Productivity Network Innovations Healthcare (PNIH) in December 2007, J.J. Mac Intyre Co., Inc. in January 2008, Healthcare Resource Associates, Inc. (HRA) in July 2008, and Medstandard, Inc. in August 2009.
